Beauty doesn’t have to be expensive or time consuming. With a few simple tips, anyone can look fabulous every day.
Use make up that matches your skin tone. Fairer skin tones should only use colors in muted shades. Colors like coral and pink, or even browns and beiges in lighter shades can enhance a fair skin tone while providing a subtle and elegant appearance.
Darker skin tones should use shades that will enhance their features. Dark eye liners and lashes can often overshadow naturally dark shades on the eyes so liners and mascaras in dark colors should be applied lightly. Using deep colors such as purple, brown, green and gray should also be applied lightly. A bronze tone applied under the cheek bone while using a lighter shade above will bring out the facial structure of dark skin.

Applying simple yet attractive make up for work or play during the day will enhance the highlights of the face while saving time in the day. More dramatic techniques to bring out the eyes, lips and cheekbones can be used for evening events where light is lower and a more enhanced effect would be required.
For those with naturally colorful lips, consider using a clear gloss to enhance the mouth. Define lips using a light liner and fill in with a clear or lightly tinted gloss. Those with less color should use lipstick or colored lip tints prior to applying a liner in a matching shade.
Remove makeup with face cream, makeup remover or soap and water using a soft cloth. Since some face washes can be drying, consider using a face cream containing vitamin e or coconut oil.
